The Galra Empire History

The start of our exstence in the Galaxy began with blood lust. Battles included The Battle of Lycia against NOX, The Wezen War against VHH, The Betrayal at Todem against BCA and Operation Galaxy Storm against SGA. The first Galra we're wild and untamed. Zarkon enjoyed chaos and encouraged Galra to choose a Generals side and follow them even as far as to disobey a General who they did not personally follow if it was against the command of their chosen General. The Generals were fierce and while they worked flawlessly together they we're also able to make agreements, war and even break each other's agreements until Lord Zarkon ruled in a Generls favor. Emperor Zarkon then set new laws that would organize the Galra and add order to the Generals. The first Generals and founders: Dlopter, Kulmak, Mur68 and yoDave and Green Lion. General Green Lions rise to power was at the height of the chaos and was wild as well as fierce. It was hard for her to command every Galra in the Empire but there was fire and determination constantly burning in her eyes. General FleetAdmiralJ was appointed during the War of Lycia due to his ability to organize troops and spark the Galras willingness to follow. General CCRW was passionate about the Galras wellbeing and kept order and structure. General TivanTim31 let nothing stand in his way, never let the odds discourage him and was usually successful in what he did. The founders were a force of be dealt with but now like sleeping Gods and each became reserved. Mur68 was always inspiring faith in the Empire. He stays true and now moves with the tide. Dlopter was always fighting and overcoming the enemy became the Champion of The Empire always growing quicker then the rest. Kulmak was always on target, always pushing forward and was relentless and now he observes in silence and stays focused on what needs to be done. yoDave was always the first one on scene and ready for battle and now he waits patiently for when he is needed and moves with the tide a well. Green Lion, much like Red Lion with Voltron, left the Empire to recollect herself after a breakdown. She returned to the Empire to be the voice from the cornee and a rogue dancing along the shadows of the outter rim until reclaiming her spot as General.  It wasn't long after becoming General again that she felt The Galra Empire were bullies for operating within the Galaxy policy which nearly mirriored the Galra policy. Green Lion changed her name and abandoned the Empire once more to join ROGE who were at conflict with the the Empire at that time. General CCRW soon followed due to his alliance with ROGE. The Empire continued to grow and attract some of the most powerful Galra the Galaxy had ever seen. Captain Fry,  Captain MC and Captain Konda became Generals and together with the other Generals and Founders they helped the Empire flourish. For the first time in Galra histery Emperor Zarkon promoted General MC and General Konda as the first Commodores of the Empire. The Empire found itself at peace with nearly every alliance and kept to themselves until being approached by ROGE for an alliance that included sending over the Empires most powerful Captains. Emperor Zarkon saw no benefit for the Empire in such an alliance because the Galra were a force to be rekoned with and not just a group of ragtags sitting on a bench looking to be accepted into an alliance like the Empire was some sort of waiting room. They were the alliance. Had it been something that Emperor Zarkon chose to do it would have been met with resistance. With talk of a potential rift opening to merge two galaxies and it being a mystery as to what might group of alliances might emerge,  Emperor Zarkon thought it was time to pursue a possible alliance.  FEDS and SOL was chosen due to them always being able to coexist and upon talking to them he found a war looming overhead with IA. The Galra joined in a coalition with FEDS,  SOL and USF to start a war with IA.  There were alliances in the galaxy who followed a galaxy RoE,  some with an anti RoE,  some with no RoE and some who had their own RoE with the same values as the galaxy RoE. There was no force that upheld the galaxy RoE and even that was being changed to benefit larger alliances only. IA had risen to the top position in the galaxy after a change of leadership and policy in a few alliances. Being in the top three positions puts any alliance in a position that gains more power and can influence behavior in other Captains and alliances. RULE joined because though they were a powerful force with no real threats that stayed in the shadows they could see a future unfit for growing alliances. RULE would have still of been able to flourish but there would be no balance and every alliance unable to stand against IA like RULE had in the past would crumble. It would take a coalition to restore order,  balance and uphold the RoE against an abusive growing force for the greater good of alliances large and small. The war raged on for a week successfully before other alliances like SWG,  ROGE  joined in. It wasn't going to take a week of successful battles to win the war it was going to take a larger force covering more space giving them nowhere to go and no rest day or night. HIVE had been aiding RULE but soon stepped forward to aid the coalition in the war officially.  After months of fighting,  SWG was forced to step aside followed by ROGE a month later and HIVE a month after that.  RULE remained tall and kept on fighting without looking for any light at the end of the tunnel.  At this point in the war RULE just wanted to fight,  war and destroy.  Peace talks were things RULE no longer cared to consider.  All they wanted was to fight. War was now life and they loved every minute of it. Emperor Zarkon contacted every single IG member to inform them that RULE would not back down and that if they wanted peace they should disbanned their alliance.  After receiving tons of hate mail and being banned for a short time he returned to galaxy chat only to fall under verbal attack from the enemy.  He knew he touched a nerve and the proof was when IA dropped their guise to show their true colors in the form of taking their frustration out on the entire server.  The newly araised situation gained RULE support from TCR,  RPAS and PHRI forces as they joined into a Coalition with RULE. The coalition with FEDS,  RULE,  SOL and USF saw the return of SWG now CSF and HIVE. RULEs coalition merged with the Coalition started by SOL,  USF,  RULE and SWG who were now CSF. RULE watched as several opportunities came and went to follow through with negotiations. Promises were made that never came to light.  RULE did not cast blame but knew at that point that this war that had turned into a war of atricion and it was time to move on.  Galra move from one war to the next and usually see it through but they always work on a resolution as hard as they work on destroying the enemy. A senseless fight with no end in sight is a fight that Galra only look forward to the afterlife. In reality there must an equal attempt to reach a solution as there is to win each battle. Its what wins the war. After announcing to IA,  FRST and the galaxy that RULE was no longer going to fight in the war Emperor Zarkon was offered a deal by IA: They would not hit even RULEs OPC miners if RULE agreed to show them the same respect. Emperor Zarkon agreed. He was then approached by FRST who wanted the same agreement and so he agreed to the same terms as with IA. Warriors from all three sides rejoiced in galaxy comms and spoke of the many battles they had within the war.  There would then be a silence and a calm from RULE,  FRST and IA.  The nearly year long war for RULE had ended.  It was a victory within its own but within each Galras heart was the mix of regret for not having seen the war to the very end with their brothers at arms, a fire still burning, relief, accomplishment,  failure and success. It takes a lot to be a Galra and we carry the weight of the entire galaxy on our shoulders .  Founder yoDave is no more and Brkhan was forced to flee the Galra due to this war but at the same time RULE gained three more. It was predicted that with the new peace that RULE would flourish but only time would tell. Over time Zarkons predictions came true. RULE gained a sister alliance once called TCU but renamed JURY by Zarkon. They had Galra, the greatest of warriors from both SOL and APEX,  join their ranks and come home to form an even greater Empire filled with active,  organized and powerful individuals with many talents.  Emperor Zarkon decided to no longer concern himself or the Empire with galaxy affairs and decided to strictly uphold the Galra Policy.  Over time IA decided not to follow a ROE or set agreements with other alliances meaning that their agreement had come to an end.  It was fair as Emperor Zarkon came to feel that every Admiral should run his Alliance the way that best serves its people.  FRSTs agreement transformed into no loot no shoot agreement.  The Galra were now focused on growth again and on the Empire but they always stayed ready.  Naturally not everything in the Galaxy is completely peaceful and battle happen everyday but no matter how much "peace" they now had they were always ready for war.
A week long battle broke out between members of RULE and members of IA with the majority of members on both sides staying neutral. It was over RULE members having a rare armada taken from them by IA members. It didn't last long but the pressure on JURY was too much for them to bare. They deserted the Empire to hide under another name.  Something that RULE agreed they themselves would never do. Its said that when everything is in place that they will find and punish the deserters but for now they still focus on growth.
